In Product Releases

Welcome back! We hope you’ve enjoyed a break with family and friends. After a busy holiday season, we are ready for an exciting 2022.

It wasn’t all rest for the ei team over the summer period as we continued to develop and improve ei Pulse. Since our last update, we’ve supercharged our Dashboard with new data visualisation and reporting capabilities to help you take action quickly, in the areas that count. There are loads of new features including:

  • New look and feel
  • Powerful Reporting
  • Heatmaps
  • Longitudinal data
  • And more…

Let’s dive into the benefits of the new updates:

New Year. New Dashboard.

When you log in to the Dashboard you’ll notice the brand new layout. It’s now easier to navigate, analyse data, and quickly see what has changed.

Working with customers, we’ve upgraded the reporting for wellbeing, experience and gratitude. You can now quickly switch between ‘summary view’ and more detailed visualisations that show changes over time. We’ve also changed our reporting to match your school’s terms and years –whether you’re in the USA, UAE or South Australia.

WELLBEING

Quickly identify students that need your support

It’s now easier than ever to see the recent check-in history of all of your students. This will help quickly identify students who need immediate support, and you’ll be able to spot students who are checking-in lower than usual. A handy new filter tool will let you quickly hone in on particular students.

EXPERIENCE

Powerful visualisation of your student experience

The new heatmap feature paints a picture of the student experience at your school. It gives a bird’s eye of view so you can celebrate what’s going well and improve pockets of concern. Identify the strong wellbeing domains (and not so strong) and see how they’ve shifted over time. The heatmap also lets you zoom into a specific domain to understand what’s driving your overall experience score.

GRATITUDE

Dig deeper into your culture of gratitude

For the first time, see how your students are engaging with gratitude, not just for the current week but over whole terms or even for the school year. Discover the most popular kinds of gratitude — kindness, determination, honesty, humour, or a simple expression of thanks — sent by your students.

COMING SOON

  • Highlights and Trends: On each page of the new Dashboard, ei Pulse will highlight areas of strength and those needing attention, saving you even more time.
  • Pinning of Students: If your wellbeing team needs to focus on specific students, you’ll soon be able to ‘pin’ them to the top of your dashboard so they are always top of mind and easy to check in on.
  • Custom Reports: This is the big one for this term. A whole new section of the dashboard will let you generate custom heat maps to make comparisons over time and across cohorts.

As always, we’re here to support you in your journey. If you have any questions about the new features or ei Pulse, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or [email protected].
