In Product Releases

We continue to develop and improve ei Pulse with the purpose of helping schools better support their student’s wellbeing.  Since our last update, we have made some exciting feature enhancements and made delivering pulse results more efficient.

Remember, if you’re an EI customer, make sure to reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn exactly how to get started with the product!

Let’s review some of the new features and functionality we’ve released in the past weeks:

Self-service onboarding

Self-service onboarding is here!  Please note that this feature isn’t automatically enabled so please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you’d like to know more.

Schools can now enrol Students and Staff onto Pulse. There is a groups builder to define your school structure, and some simple questions to set your initial schedule.

Self-service schedule management

Schools with self service management can now adjust their own schedules, including what day prompts and reminders go out and whether their delivery is paused (say for the holidays).

Gratitude

We learned that some students were modifying their responses to the big question so they could complete gratitude. So we’ve changed the feature so that gratitude is presented in all cases except when a student reaches out for help.

Due to popular demand, we’ve also made Gratitude available for staff pulse! Students are able to send gratitude to their peers and teachers so we wanted our staff wellbeing tool to do the same: Same categories as for student pulse.

As always, we welcome all feedback, so if you have suggestions for what features you would like to see, reach out to [email protected]
